Call for Abstract
The Conference Committee of the International Conference on Quality Control, Authentication and Conservation of Herbal Material and Products welcomes the submission of abstracts for poster presentations.
Keydates
Abstract Submission Deadline: September 30, 2025 at 23:59 (UTC+8 / HKT)
- Abstract successfully submitted will receive a preliminary acceptance announcement by August 15, 2025. Exact presentation date and time will be announced at a later stage.
- Presenting authors of the accepted abstracts are required to complete their registration and payment. Presenters who fail to register and pay by November 30, 2025 will not be included in the program.
- An E-Certificate of presentation will be provided to the presenting author of each accepted abstract.
Awards
- Posters will be scored by the scientific board from the Conference Committee.
- Five poster awards will be granted to posters with the highest scores and positive feedbacks.
- Awardees would be announced and the awards would be presented at the Closing Ceremony. Presenters are encouraged to join the Closing Ceremony on December 10, 2025.
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted online only, through the designed submission site.
- Abstracts must be written in English
- The Abstract Title should not exceed 25 words
- The Abstract text should not exceed 300 words
- The Abstract should be structured with: Background and objectives, Results, Conclusions.
- Tables, Graphs, Images and citations should not be included.
- Please follow the template for the format of submitted abstract, including font size, margins and structures of affiliations.
- Please keep the poster in size of 150 cm x 100 cm
- All submissions will be peer reviewed. The Conference Committee has the right to make the final decision on all submissions.
- The Scientific Committee may select abstracts for lightening speech (15 min). Please state your willingness of presentation during registration.
